At Annay & Co. we pour our “two hearts” into our products and take pride in quality and design. We do our very best to provide the highest quality products that are carefully packaged and shipped to you. We want to make sure our customers are 100% delighted with our products.
Should your experience with our products fall short of your expectations, we extend the opportunity for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. To facilitate this process seamlessly, we kindly request that returned items remain in their original, unused condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
It is important to note that returns initiated without prior authorization will regrettably not be accepted, as we strive to uphold the integrity of our service standards.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Process:
For the quickest resolution, please contact us to initiate a return for the item you currently possess. Once the return is processed and approved, we recommend making a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Kindly note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
